We encourage you to have thorough review before confirming any purchases. We do have our standard inspection process before we ship/sell a product. However, return/refund is eligible in the event of the following conditions:
Eligibility:
- Damaged/Wrong/Faulty item(s).
- Defective item(s) upon receipt of the product or caused by our shipping partner.
Please contact us immediately (not later than 2 days) to log a report if you received item(s) with the above conditions.
Process:

- Our support team will review & contact you within 2 working days on the approval status.
- Once the refund request is approved, customer will require to return the item(s) within 5 days. Return shipping cost will be borne by us.
- Upon receipt of the return item(s), our support team will inspect/validate & refund will be credited within 2 working days to the original form of payment.
Return Criteria:
Item(s) must be in its’ original condition (unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories). Item(s) must be returned within 5 days of receipt date.
Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Item(s):
- All item(s) under “as-is” category due to the existing imperfection(s) as per displayed on the product page. You must agree with the condition of the item(s) before placing an order.
However, if you received damage product caused by our shipping partner/major damage, please immediately contact our support team to log a report.

- Actual color and size of the product may slightly vary from what is shown on the product page due to lighting or screen settings. This will not be considered as defect.
